I'm Dianne, a Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in the field. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Always a respectful listener & responsive to others, I embarked on a search for more understanding on how to better help those looking for support. This led me into the counselling profession.
We can all experience times in our lives when we are faced with emotional challenges. No matter what the situation, I believe we all have the ability to heal & grow from whatever life has put in our way. We may have friends & family to talk to; however, there may be times when we know we need something more.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor every session to meet your unique and individual needs and facilitate you towards empowerment.
Underpinned by a Person-Centred approach and, through years of continual professional development, I have within my Counsellors ’toolkit’ a wealth of knowledge and experience* to address any obstacles you may have for improving your mental health & well-being. I adapt my approach to effectively support you to explore your issues and to gain new perspectives and insights for achieving positive solutions.
