I'm Dianne, a Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in the field. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Always a respectful listener & responsive to others, I embarked on a search for more understanding on how to better help those looking for support. This led me into the counselling profession.
We can all experience times in our lives when we are faced with emotional challenges. Though we may have friends & family to talk to, there are times when we know we need something more.
No matter what the situation, I believe we all have the ability to heal & grow from whatever life has put in our way.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor every session to meet the uniqueness of each individual and facilitate someone towards empowerment.
My approach is underpinned by a Person-Centred approach. Through years of continual professional development I have within my Counsellors ’toolkit’ a wealth of knowledge and experience* to support the needs of those ready to address their current obstacles for improved mental health & well-being.
I adapt my approach to effectively support each individual to explore their issues and to gain new perspectives and insights for achieving positive solutions.
