Counselling£50 for an hour session

Clinical Supervision/ Couples & Relationship Therapy sessions are £50 for an hour session/ £75 for an hour and a half session.

How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is unique to each person and there is no set amount of sessions needed. As a guide, Brief Therapy tends to consist of between 4-8 sessions. 

Do I need to 'block book' sessions?

No, the only requirement is to pay for the next arranged session up to 48 hours in advance of the booking to secure your appointment.

If I start with telephone support, can I change to another way of contact mid-therapy?

Yes, preference of session delivery is at clients discretion. However, there may be some limitations on availability of appointments times for Face to Face sessions in the therapy centre.
